Maya's culinary artistry is 100% VEGAN, Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten FREE, Kosher, Diabetic Friendly (low Glycemic): some raw, some cooked. She has her own unique signature elegant fusion of Mediterranean, and international culinary artistry.

Maya is the co-fonder of the Bless the Children Project (http://www.BlessTheChildrenProject.com), and is responsible for creating the culinary educational program for children and adults.
Maya is available for gourmet vegan food classes, catering and private events. She is now working on her own vegan recipe book.
